ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental management

Majestic believes it's important to make a positive contribution to people and the environment. That's why Majestic is ISO 14001 certified. With this environmental management system, Majestic is continuously taking steps toward a better future with a lower environmental impact. This ensures that the environment is integrated into all business operations and processes.

Ecovadis Gold status

This international recognition confirms that we are among the top 5% of companies in our sector in terms of sustainability, ethics, and corporate social responsibility. Our Gold status from Ecovadis seamlessly aligns with previous steps we have taken to structurally embed sustainability within our organization. For example, we recently achieved ISO 14001 certification – the international standard for environmental management. This certification helps us continuously improve our environmental performance and systematically reduce our environmental impact.

Ecovadis is a globally recognized assessment platform that evaluates companies on four themes: the environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. The assessment is conducted annually and is based on objective, industry-specific criteria. Our Gold score demonstrates that we perform above average in all these areas.

Majestic is recognized with the Safety Sign® certificate. The Safety Sign® is a mark of certified quality that users can rely on. Safety Sign® recognition covers the consultancy and supply of a wide range of safety products and services. Companies that carry the Safety Sign® certificate are periodically inspected. This way, you can always be assured of the quality, craftsmanship, and service of your supplier in the field of occupational safety.

Majestic was recognized with the Great Place to Work® certification in October 2024. Great Place to Work is an internationally recognized organization that focuses on assessing and recognizing workplaces based on the quality of their work environment and company culture. What makes this certification extra special is that our own employees and an independent analysis contributed to achieving this recognition. This means our company culture is truly great, as judged by the people who know it best – our team members.

SBB recognised training company

Majestic offers students the opportunity to learn in the workplace. As an SBB (Collaboration Organization for Vocational Education, Training, and Business) accredited training company, Majestic offers a good and safe work environment that aligns with the program. A practical trainer is appointed who is familiar with the program's requirements and provides on-the-job training and coaching to the student. In this way, Majestic makes a valuable contribution to the student's initial steps in the PPE field.

Association for Safety and Healthy Working (VVGW)

The VVGW (formerly known as AVAG) is the trade association for manufacturers and distributors of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and workwear. They promote the correct use of PPE to make work as safe and healthy as possible.

Majestic has been a member of this trade association since its founding. The VVGW represents companies that have built an excellent reputation in the areas of working conditions, safety, and health.
