When is your data deleted?
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here, especially to fulfill legal and contractual obligations. If an account is closed, we delete your data, unless law requires a longer retention period—then the data is blocked from further processing.
What does blocking mean?
Blocked data is limited-access—only a few staff can reach it and only for specific purposes (e.g. statutory audits or legal claims). Blocking may occur when legal retention periods apply or when data is needed for legal defense. After relevant legal timeframes expire, data is permanently deleted.
How do we secure your data?
