Deliveries
- Please ensure that you have the following information to hand when you contact us:
- Order number / relevant Majestic shipment number
- Item number of the item in question / quantity
- Reason for return request
- If possible, a digital image of the product or complaint
- Our Back Office will process your return request immediately.
- You will then receive a Return Form (PDF) with a return number by email.
- This return form must be clearly visible on the return shipment (on the pallet or on one of the individual packages).
- If there are multiple packages in one return shipment, each individual package or pallet must be marked with the relevant return number.
- Send the return shipment to our distribution centre at Conradweg 10 (Industrieterrein Noordland) 4612 PD Bergen op Zoom.
- The return shipment will be processed within 5 working days of receipt.
Acceptance and returns & exclusions
- If you have received a defective or incorrect product from us, or if you wish to return a recently received product to us for any other reason, you can report this to us up to 10 days after receipt;
- Goods must have been purchased from Majestic; please state the order number on the return slip;
- The goods:
- are in their original packaging
- are undamaged
- are clean
- are unopened
- do not have any labels and/or stickers applied by the customer (reseller/end user)
- have a valid expiry date
- Goods will be returned if they do not meet the above conditions;
- The number of goods must correspond to the number of goods stated on the return slip;
- If a complaint arises during (prolonged) use of the item, it may be decided, in proportion to the period of use and after assessment, to refund only part of the purchase price or to offer the product for repair by the supplier; The guidelines for reimbursement of these items are as follows*:
- Unworn: 100% refund (if the complaint is justified)
- Worn for up to 3 months: 75% refund (if the complaint is justified)
- Worn for up to 6 months: 50% refund (if the complaint is justified)
- Goods older than 6 months are no longer eligible for reimbursement.*(the previously indicated period of 5 working days may be exceeded in this case)
Costs
The costs of returning goods are borne by Majestic if Majestic is responsible for the cause.
The costs are at your own expense if:
- Sight shipments
- Goods ordered incorrectly by you
- Assessment of product quality
For every return shipment for which Majestic is not responsible, a 10% restocking fee will be charged per item. The RMA number provided, on the basis of which the goods can be returned, is valid for 30 days. After this period, goods will no longer be accepted.
