Majestic is committed to diversity, inclusion and supporting people who are distanced from the labour market. Employees are given opportunities for personal development, a healthy lifestyle and volunteer work. In addition, Majestic actively contributes to social initiatives, such as tree planting campaigns and charities.

At OXXA®, Majestic focuses on reducing its environmental impact by consciously choosing more sustainable materials and designs. Together with suppliers, we look for environmentally friendly alternatives and have developed a glove line that focuses on sustainability at every step of the process.
CLOSING THE LOOP
🎯 Goal: “Majestic works according to circular principles wherever possible.”
Majestic takes responsibility for the entire life cycle of its textile products and works with customers and suppliers on reuse, recycling and extending product life. In this way, we strive for a circular approach and less waste.
KNOWLEDGE AND INNOVATION
🎯 Goal: “Majestic is the knowledge partner for customers and suppliers in the field of sustainability.”
Majestic works with an organisation-wide sustainability team on annual goals, thereby promoting sustainable development both within and outside the organisation. Together with Bunzl, sister companies, chain partners and knowledge institutes, we actively share knowledge and support customers and suppliers in taking sustainable steps.

To reduce the negative impact of our business operations, we are committed to reducing our CO2 emissions, energy consumption and waste streams. We are also taking steps to make our chain more transparent and encourage our suppliers to review their own business operations.
