• Balance: the Worker distributes pressure evenly across the foot, helping you stand more stable and reducing fatigue. Our sole designs are based on thousands of foot scans and match the natural position of the foot.

  • less risk of excessive pronation (the inward rolling of the foot)
  • reduced strain on knees and lower back
  • efficient foot movement, so walking requires less energy
• Hydro-Control: the Hydro-Tec® lining in EMMA’s Workers regulates temperature, absorbs moisture and transports it away immediately. The result? Dry and fresh feet, even after a long working day.
• Contact management: maximum grip and control on steel, concrete, wet tiles and other challenging surfaces. The soles of the Worker line are developed in-house and each has specific properties. They resist cold, heat, mud, moisture and sharp objects, providing exactly the stability your work requires. The wide conical grooves in the sole profile allow dirt and mud to release while walking, so the sole stays clean and grip remains reliable during daily use.
