What does the abbreviation next to the price mean?
Prices are shown per unit. Examples: PR = Pair, DZ = Dozen, ST = Piece, DSP = Dispenser, BAG = Bag, CS = Box, SET = Set, COL = Colli, OD = Outer box, ROL = Roll, PK = Package.
I don’t see any prices. Why is that?
You must be logged in with an account to view prices. After logging in, both gross and net prices will be visible.
Which products are in stock at Majestic and how can I tell?
In-stock products have a green check mark and are delivered within 1-2 working days. Special orders have an orange dot and longer delivery time.
Will I receive an order confirmation after placing my order?
After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation, followed by an official order confirmation once reviewed by our sales department.
How do I place an online order?

Do I need to register first before placing an order?
Yes, you need an account to place an order. Register via

No. When you create an account, our sales department will receive your request. This takes about one working day. Once approved, you can view prices and place orders online.

Shipping and Delivery
Who does Majestic supply?
Majestic sells only to resellers and not end users.
What are the delivery charges?
For shipping outside of the Benelux, contact our Export department.
What are the delivery times for orders inside and outside the Netherlands? And for products that are not in stock?
Delivery times are shown under products in the webshop. Contact your designated contact for faster delivery.
Does Majestic have its own transport service?
Majestic works with partners like DHL, and does not have its own fleet.
Can I get my order delivered on Saturday?
Currently, Saturday delivery is not available. Deliveries are Monday to Friday.
Can I pick up my order instead of getting it delivered?
Yes, you can pick up orders at our distribution centre in Bergen op Zoom under specific conditions.
Can I have my parcel delivered to a different address this once?
Yes, after logging in you can choose an alternate delivery address at checkout.
Can Majestic orders be delivered directly to my customer in neutral packaging?
Yes, and you can also have your logo printed on packaging. Indicate preference during ordering.

From what height is fall protection required?
In the Netherlands, fall protection is mandatory from a height of 2.5 meters when there is a risk of falling and no other safety measures are possible.
Does Majestic inspect fall protection equipment?
No, inspections are carried out by the supplier. You can request certificates via Majestic's sales team.
Which lens coating is best to use?
For impact or splash risks, an anti-scratch coating is suitable. In humid or temperature-changing environments, an anti-fog coating is preferred. A combination is possible.
Do you also sell prescription safety glasses?
Yes, Majestic offers prescription safety glasses with various coatings like anti-reflective and colored filters. Contact our sales team for more information.
When should you use which lens?
Each lens type serves a different purpose. For example: clear for general use, amber for contrast, sun/I-O lens for bright environments, welding lenses, variomatic for changing light, HD for sharpness, and polarized for comfort.
What is the difference between polycarbonate and cellulose acetate lenses?
Polycarbonate lenses are light, impact-resistant, and often scratch-resistant, but less chemical-resistant. Cellulose acetate lenses are scratch-resistant and more suitable for chemical environments.
Is a baseball cap (bump cap) suitable for construction?
No, a bump cap only provides light head protection. A certified safety helmet conforming to EN 397 is required on construction sites.
What is the service life of an inner harness?

What is the lifespan of a safety helmet?

Does a plastic toe cap offer the same protection as a steel one?
Yes, both meet safety standards. However, damage is more easily visible on a steel cap than a plastic one.
Which safety shoes are suitable for which working conditions?
Safety shoes must comply with EN ISO 20345 and are classified as SB, S1, S1P, S2, S3, S4, or S5. Additional symbols indicate specific applications.
How long does a filter last during use?
The lifespan depends on contamination, moisture absorption, and possible leaks. Usage time should be determined case by case.
At what dB(A) level is hearing protection mandatory?
Hearing protection must be available from 80 dB(A) and is mandatory from 85 dB(A). Employers must take technical measures and use signage.
What is the difference between polyester/cotton and cotton/polyester?
