Leave a positive impression on people and the planet. The production process for all EMMA shoes is 100% circular. The materials and raw materials used by EMMA and its suppliers have been clearly identified and registered. As a result, it is possible to guarantee that all materials are safe for the environment and can be re-used for other purposes. We can thus guarantee that 90% of our collection is PVC-free.

What this mean for EMMA

– No need to use (primary) raw materials;
– No energy consumption and CO2 emissions;
– Recuperation of raw materials;
– Use of recycled materials in new products.

EMMA Safety Footwear works with its supply chain partners to make sure that shoes can be returned, that raw materials are registered in a materials database and that raw materials are re-used for new products.

Each product is accompanied by a personal materials passport. This means you can see exactly which materials have been used to produce your shoes.
